Masukkan terigu dan aduk         rata.  Biarkan 15-20 menit.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS;font-size:85%;color:#000000;"&gt;Ambil adonan yang dipinggir baskom         lalu dipindahkan ke tengah-tengah adonan lalu biarkan lagi 15-20 menit.  Terus         lakukan ini 3-4 kali sampai adonan menjadi halus dan elastis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS;font-size:85%;color:#000000;"&gt;Balik adonan dan beri sedikit minyak         di permukaannya supaya adonan tetap lembab.  Biarkan selama 1 jam.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS;font-size:85%;color:#000000;"&gt;Angkat adonan dari baskom lalu         dibungkus dengan plastik dan bentuk persegi panjang.  Diamkan lagi selama 4 jam.           Kalau membuat adonan lebih dari ½ kg, potong adonan dan pisahkan setiap ½ kg lalu         dibungkus plastik.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS;font-size:85%;color:#000000;"&gt;Buka bungkus plastik adonan.           Dengan batang kayu bulat, tekan adonan dan bentuk persegi panjang dengan lebar 6 cm dan         tebalnya 15 mm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS;font-size:85%;color:#000000;"&gt;Setelah itu potong adonan pipih tadi         selebar 0.75 cm sampai habis.  Lalu letakkan satu potongan dengan satu potongan         menjadi dua kemudian gunakan tusuk sate tekan bagian tengahnya yang memanjang.           Dengan demikian kedua potongan tadi menempel jadi satu.  Selesaikan semua potongan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS;font-size:85%;color:#000000;"&gt;Panaskan minyak di wajan untuk         menggoreng dengan api sedang.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS;font-size:85%;color:#000000;"&gt;Dengan dua tangan ambil kedua ujung         potongan adonan tadi lalu tarik sampai kira-kira 20 cm (jangan sampai putus) lalu masukkan         ke dalam penggorengan dan goreng sampai cakwe mengembang dan bolak-balik sampai cakwe         menjadi kecoklatan. Buat isi, tumis bumbu         halus, daun jeruk dan daun salam sampai harum. Masukkan ayam suwir, aduk         rata. Tambahkan santan lalu masak sambil diaduk hingga mengering dan         bumbu meresap.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;2. Buat adonan nasi:         didihkan santan, garam dan serai sambil diaduk. Masukkan beras dan beras         ketan, aduk rata. Setelah terserap, kukus aronan sampai matang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;3. Buat kulit, blender         bayam dan air. Tambahkan telur, garam dan mentega, aduk rata lalu tuang         ke tepung terigu sambil diaduk perlahan. Buat dadar tipis-tipis, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;4. Ambil selembar kulit,         alasi dengan plastik. Tambahkan nasi gurihnya, ratakan. Lapisi dengan         tumisan ayam di bagian tengahnya. Gulung sambil dipadatkan, lakukan         sampai adonan habis.
